Your business. Your own space.

G-Life is being designed for people who want something more than a desk — without needing the cost, size or commitment of a traditional office.

Our workspaces are private, dedicated and lockable. A place you can make your own, leave your equipment, shut the door at the end of the day and return to tomorrow.

But your workspace is only part of what you're joining.

Step outside and you're part of a greener business village, surrounded by other independent businesses, shared facilities and spaces designed to make the working day better.

Your own space. A bigger environment.

WORK • CONNECT • GROW

Small by design.

We don't think every small business needs a large office.

For many freelancers, sole traders and microbusinesses, what matters is having somewhere that's yours — enough room to work comfortably, meet the needs of your business and separate work from home.

By keeping individual workspaces compact, we can keep them affordable while investing in the environment around them.

That's an important part of the G-Life model:

We reduce the size of the workspace to make it affordable — not the quality of the environment around it.

More than a desk.

Coworking can be a great option, but sharing a room or hiring a desk isn't right for everyone.

At G-Life, your workspace is your private space.

That means somewhere you can personalise around your business, take a call without worrying about the person at the next desk, store your everyday equipment and work without constantly packing everything away.

Then, when you want interaction, you can step outside.

Work privately when you need to. Connect when you want to.

Different businesses need different spaces.

There won't be one G-Life workspace for everyone.

Our pilot will test a small number of workspace types, beginning with repurposed touring and static caravans. They give us an affordable and flexible way to test the concept without constructing permanent office buildings.

Within the pilot, we expect to offer:

Solo workspaces — an entire compact workspace for one business.

Smaller private rooms — dedicated lockable spaces for businesses that need less room and want the lowest-cost entry point.

As G-Life develops, the workspace itself can evolve too. Future villages could include purpose-built micro-offices, studios, workshops, maker spaces and other formats shaped by local demand.

The building can change. The principle stays the same.

Private. Affordable. Practical. Part of G-Life.

What will it cost?

One of the reasons we're testing smaller and repurposed workspaces is simple: affordability matters.

For our West Yorkshire pilot, we're currently working with indicative rents beginning at around £135 per month, with a premium private solo workspace around £250 per month.

Our aim is a simple all-inclusive monthly price, rather than a low headline rent followed by a collection of everyday extras.

Final rents, workspace specifications and inclusions will be confirmed before the pilot opens.

Private workspace without the traditional office overheads.
