G-Life starts with a simple principle: before creating something new, look at what already exists.
Our pilot puts that thinking into practice by giving existing caravans a completely new purpose as affordable private workspaces.
But reuse doesn't stop with the buildings. As G-Life develops, we'll look for practical opportunities to reuse, repurpose and recycle materials across furniture, landscaping, infrastructure and everyday operations — reducing waste and extending the useful life of resources wherever it makes sense.
It won't mean using something simply because it's old or available. Everything still needs to create a workspace and environment we're proud to offer.
It's about questioning the assumption that new is automatically better.

A business village built differently.
G-Life isn't about putting businesses into a conventional office building. We're creating small neighbourhoods of private workspaces within a green, welcoming business village.
Around those spaces, nature becomes part of the infrastructure — with planting, trees, natural materials, green spaces and places to sit, meet or simply step away from work.
The result is somewhere businesses can have their own private space while still being part of something bigger — a community of independent businesses in surroundings designed to make the working day better.

We believe very small businesses should be able to work somewhere brilliant too.
G-Life is being designed so that some of our smallest private workspaces can be available at around the price someone might normally pay for a desk in a coworking space.
The difference is simple: your space is your own.
Making workspace affordable shouldn't mean stripping away the things that make somewhere a great place to work. G-Life members still share the same landscaped surroundings, green spaces, facilities and business community.
We reduce the size of the workspace to make it affordable — not the quality of the environment around it.
We're starting in West Yorkshire.
Our first G-Life pilot will test the idea in the real world — creating up to 18 affordable private workspaces in a greener, more welcoming business environment.
